The foundation Stichting Voortgezet Onderwijs Parkstad Limburg (SVO|PL) offers students aged 12 to 18 in Parkstad Limburg a secondary school education that ranges from practical education to grammar school. Each SVO|PL school realises the Euroregional vision and cross-border learning and preparation for cross-border training, study or work in its own way. The main focus is on improving the opportunities for students and motivating them to use Euroregional offerings without inhibitions.

This foundation has been active for years as a pioneer in Euroregional education, which is reflected for example in that it serves as chair of the expert team for Euroregional education in the province of Limburg. This role is combined with the regional antenna function in EMRLingua, in which the chair of the expert team represents the Limburg schools in the project and shares questions and results arising from the project with the relevant education department through the expert group. SVO|PL is a member of the steering committee, contributes to the establishment and development of networks for education and school contacts and represents the Limburg schools in the development of the Euroregional Geography module.
